Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size and variant before completing their purchase.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted solely because a customer selected the wrong size or later feels that the product is larger or smaller than expected.

9. Return & Exchange

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Generally, claims may be considered for:

Such claims must be reported within the specified period and are subject to verification.

For damaged, broken, defective or incorrect products, a clear and continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label/AWB label is mandatory.

Colour variations, minor finishing differences, change of mind, personal preference, wrong size selection and similar reasons are not eligible for return or exchange as specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.

By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

GoldenArtwork does not intentionally store complete card or banking credentials on its own servers. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment service provider.
